The PA Sunshine solar rebate program is back in motion. Early last month, program administrators announced they were opening a second waiting list for solar installation rebate money. All systems that met requirements from the first waiting list, started in August 2011, received the $0.75 per watt rebate. As we understand it, residence and small business Solar PV and Solar Hot Water Thermal projects can receive a rebate of $.75 per watt installed.  The applications for waiting list for the rebate must come from the approved installer list, which you can find at the site above.  Money is not guaranteed, but all of those applying last year and put on the first waiting list, received their money.

SEEDS trained approved list of solar PV installers, the first 2 are also nationally certified by NABCEP.  Those with STHW are also certified for solar thermal.
