Even though restaurants often have a high energy usage associated with them, Trackside Grill makes up for it with all the sustainability measures they take. Everything from cans to milk jugs is recycled. Water usage is minimized by prewashing dishes and using low flow water nozzles. They also just decreased their lighting capacity by upgrading to a more efficient light fixture in the dining area.
