Michele Long

Michele is a lifelong resident of the area. She studied Criminal Justice at Shippensburg University after graduating from Wallenpaupack High School in 1986. She worked at the Pike County Conservation District for 20 years, retiring in 2023 as their Executive Director. In that time, she received numerous accolades for her work with the Pike/Wayne Conservation Partnership and on a statewide level worked with non-profits, state, local, and federal agencies promoting conservation initiatives in the northeast region.
