Energy Costs Are Blowing Us Away

RENEWABLE ENERGY FORUM 1: WIND

Join us for the first in a series of renewable energy forums sponsored by SEEDS. At this forum we will focus on the topic of wind energy. We will be joined by an educator from Penn State, a local dairy farmer with a 3 year old turbine, and a local zoning officer. There will also be educational material available to take home.

If you’ve ever considered the possibility of residential wind power for your home or farm or if you are just curious about the potential of wind power as an alternative source of energy for our changing times, come meet with us to hear all about it!

The forum will take place at the Damascus Township Community Center on July 15, from 7 to 9pm.

The community center is at 60 CONKILL HILL ROAD, (off 371, near the Cochector Delaware River Bridge) DAMASCUS, PA 18415.

SEEDS is a group of local individuals investing in renewable energy for the future of ourselves and the community. Other forums will focus on Forest Fuels, Solar Energy, Geothermal, Energy Audits, and Water Conservation.
